Taking control of screen helping them with queries. WebEx.

Exemplary customer service experience
Adaptability to change - This project enhances every time for making better user experience for customer.
Will work with Ticketing system.
Previous Email migration project will work.
Call centre exp. plus
Remedy experience will be ideal
