IT support specialist

We're looking for a proactive and solution-oriented IT Support Specialist who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting colleagues, and continuously improving IT services. In this role, you'll ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems while working closely with employees, product teams, developers, and external vendors.


Mission

Ensure uninterrupted operation of employee and business systems by delivering high-quality IT support, resolving incidents efficiently, and continuously improving internal IT services and support processes.


Expected Outcomes

First 3 Months

Develop a strong understanding of the company's IT landscape, business applications, CRM, and support processes

Provide day-to-day IT and application support to employees across the company

Independently resolve standard IT and business application incidents

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests accurately and on time

Understand Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes and escalate issues appropriately


Within 6 Months

Independently investigate and resolve incidents involving business applications, CRM, and internal systems

Manage incidents from initial investigation through resolution while keeping stakeholders informed

Collaborate effectively with Product, Development, Business teams, and external vendors to resolve technical issues

Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles

Maintain an average incident resolution time of up to 24 hours


Within 12 Months

Become a trusted expert in the company's products, integrations, and vendor-supported systems

Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvements of IT support processes

Improve first-contact resolution rates while maintaining high employee satisfaction

Continuously improve technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Contribute to stable, efficient, and scalable internal IT operations


Experience & Technical Skills

Experience

IT support / Helpdesk

Ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow)

Incident Management and ITIL practices

Root cause analysis

Vendor collaboration

Technical documentation and knowledge base maintenance

CRM and business application support

Financial services environment (advantage)

Technical Skills

AI and automation tools

Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)

Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID)

Salary

The offered salary for this position starts from EUR 11 gross/hour depending on the experience
