IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for various IT systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Office 365 applications, ensuring users can effectively utilize the software for their daily tasks. - Manage and troubleshoot VMware environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability of virtual machines. - Administer Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security settings. - Assist with printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless printing operations across the organization. - Provide desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. - Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall IT service delivery. - Document support processes and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Office 365 applications and services. - Experience with VMware virtualization technology. - Strong understanding of Active Directory and its management. - Familiarity with printer setup and troubleshooting. - Solid desktop support skills, including hardware and software knowledge.
