You will join the IT Support team, where your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 24/7 IT operations by handling incidents, service requests, and monitoring alerts across multiple business-critical systems, including logging and responding to customer contacts via email and phone.
  • Categorizing and prioritizing incidents and service requests to ensure effective, timely, and efficient resolution.
  • Performing initial analysis and troubleshooting and providing first-line support to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.
  • Escalating cases to the appropriate next level of support when necessary.
  • Following up on incidents and service requests and ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinating with the next level of support to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Communicating with customers to keep them informed about progress, planned changes, and scheduled outages.
  • Handling user access management requests.

  • Background in IT and at least one year of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including clear and effective communication, active listening, and a customer service-focused approach.
  • Ability and willingness to learn multiple applications, support processes, monitoring tools, and operational procedures during the onboarding period.
  • Ability to follow detailed operational procedures while exercising sound judgment.
  • Analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing logs, complemented by keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proactive mindset, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic operational environment.
