IT Support Specialist – Maternity replacement

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who will help ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by supporting our store and office colleagues.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to stores and office users via ticketing system and phone
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install and configure IT equipment for employees
• Log and manage incidents and requests in the ITSM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
• Support users in effectively using IT tools and systems
• Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with new solutions and cases
• Ensure constant communication and follow-up with users regarding their requests

What we are looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Computer hardware, software, operating systems, and POS systems
  • ITIL Service Operations processes
  • Basic networking and telecommunications
• Intermediate+ English level
• Strong:
