IT Support Specialist
Salary: $20,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist based in Admiralty, Hong Kong. In addition to daily IT and desktop support, you will leverage your coding skills to build automation scripts and internal tools.
Key responsibilities
Provide daily IT helpdesk support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network maintenance.
Manage Microsoft 365, enterprise email systems, and office productivity tools.
Write Python scripts to automate routine IT workflows and data tasks.
About you
Must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM discipline preferred.
Strong proficiency in Python; familiar with C, Java, HTML, and SQL.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office / M365 and email systems; solid understanding of Windows/macOS.
