The Role
As IT Support Specialist, reporting to our Head of IT & Cybersecurity, you will help every Stark employee with their day-to-day IT challenges and get to know our cloud infrastructure (AWS). You will join a very ambitious, fast-moving environment that will push you to learn and explore.
Own user support across the company
Lead workspace administration (Google and Microsoft)
Work in a self-learning way, always focused on the fastest and best route to the goal
Challenge what can be improved, and share advice openly
Comply with and promote the company’s information security policies
What You’ll Do
Maintain computer equipment and software
Buy and configure new hardware for Stark employees
Manage communication with our infrastructure and security providers
Document and promote user best practices
Help with simple cloud infrastructure tasks on AWS
Keep your backlog up to date and resolve requests within SLA
Follow industry trends, suggest improvements and be a role model for new team members
What you will bring to Stark
Good knowledge of Windows and Linux, and basic knowledge of macOS
Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Understanding of networking and security basics
Knowledge of AWS is a plus
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple work streams at once
Proficient English (all work documentation and communication is in English)
