Whether it's a laptop that isn't working, an application that keeps crashing, or a headset that's stopped working, you make sure your colleagues can get back to work as quickly as possible. You'll also help us find smarter and more efficient ways to manage our digital workplaces and IT processes. You'll work in an international environment in the heart of Amsterdam. From our office, around 130 colleagues work together to develop smart software solutions for thousands of real estate agents. No two days are the same. Your work will be a combination of planned tasks within our Scrum sprints and day-to-day IT support requests from colleagues. You'll have plenty of freedom to work independently, take initiative, and suggest improvements. And if you ever get stuck, your technical colleagues will be there to help. What will your impact be? As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues who need help with their hardware, software, or digital workplace.
