Summary
On-site IT Support Staff in Palayan City who handles network/internet troubleshooting while also developing and maintaining internal software tools — working with API integrations, webhooks, database queries, and basic deployments, with AI-assisted automation or bot development as a plus. Pays ₱18,000–₱25,000 per month.
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 per month
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field preferred.
Experience in network/internet troubleshooting
Able to develop and maintain software or internal tools
Able to build or maintain practical business tools-not only theoretical projects-and troubleshoot production issues logically.
Familiar with API integration, webhooks, database queries, authentication/access control and basic deployment practices.
Experience with AI-assisted development, automation platforms or messaging-bot development is an advantage.
Strong research, debugging, documentation and problem-solving skills with attention to data security.
Portfolio, code samples or demonstrable previous systems/automation results are preferred.
