Due to continued growth, we have created a new opportunity for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to join our team based in Luscombe.
This is a varied, hands-on role providing Level 1 IT support across the business while giving you the opportunity to build your experience across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, business systems, hardware, security and broader IT administration.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, you’ll provide day-to-day IT and systems support across the business, including:
Provide friendly and responsive Level 1 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software and user issues.
Set up new users, computers, mobile devices, software, system access and permissions.
Support Microsoft 365, Windows, SharePoint and key business systems including Oracle
Coordinate IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding and maintain IT asset and equipment records.
Assist with system security, backups, software licensing, telecommunications and technology lifecycle management.
Work with internal stakeholders and IT providers in Australia and Canada, while supporting system improvements, implementations and IT projects.
About You
We’re looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years’ experience in IT support, help desk or a similar technical support environment who is ready to broaden their skills.
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous Level 1 help desk, desktop support or general IT support experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows applications and SharePoint.
Confidence troubleshooting everyday hardware, software, access and user issues.
Strong customer service and communication skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
The ability to remain calm, solve problems and effectively juggle multiple requests and priorities.
A relevant IT qualification and exposure to Oracle, ERP systems, ServiceNow, networking, cybersecurity & cloud technologies will be highly regarded.
