Requirements:
√ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
√ Hands-on experience with Windows administration, networking, hardware repairs, OS installations, backups, cybersecurity, and remote support tools
√ Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
√ CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCP, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage
√ Years of experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities:
√ Install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment
√ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
√ Manage Windows systems, user accounts, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, and switches
√ Handle software installations, backups, endpoint security, and remote support
√ Support employee onboarding and maintain IT inventory
√ Recommend infrastructure improvements
