IT Support & Systems Administrator (Microsoft 365 / Intune)
About the role
EDJ DATA is a growing BPO serving US clients in the legal, medical and insurance industries. We're expanding our Cebu operations to a new 220-seat office at Cebu IT Park, and we're hiring our first in-house IT lead to own our technology end to end.
Key responsibilities
Administer our Microsoft 365 Business Premium setup: user accounts, licenses, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and security groups.
Manage all company PCs with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot: enrollment, compliance policies, app deployment, updates and BitLocker.
Maintain security: Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender for Business, data loss prevention, and access reviews.
Give day-to-day on-site support to 70–220 agents: PCs, headsets, softphones, printers and user access.
Manage office networking: switches, firewall, Wi-Fi, two internet lines with failover, and the server rack and backup power (UPS).
Onboard and offboard staff: create accounts, issue equipment, remove access the same day someone leaves.
Support our partner sites in Davao and Digos remotely.
Keep IT asset inventory, documentation and a ticket log.
Help plan and carry out our move to a new 220-seat office, working with our IT vendor and internet providers.
Enforce company IT and acceptable-use policies, and support client security and compliance reviews (HIPAA, Philippine Data Privacy Act).
About you
3+ years in IT support or systems administration, preferably at a BPO or managed IT services company.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.
Strong Windows 10/11 and hardware troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of networking: VLANs, DHCP/DNS, firewalls, Wi-Fi.
Clear written and spoken English. You'll report to US-based leadership.
Able to work night shift and occasional on-call.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Microsoft MD-102, MS-102 or AZ-104 certification; CCNA.
Preferred: Experience with office build-outs or large PC deployments.
Preferred: Familiarity with HIPAA or Data Privacy Act requirements.
