IT Support Technician
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic technology team. Hours: 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting support across hardware, software, and network systems to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions, including SAP and microservices architectures.
- Support UI development and UI testing efforts to enhance user experience and interface functionality.
- Conduct security analysis and implement cybersecurity measures to protect organizational data and comply with industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate system design for system development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in the implementation of software updates, CI/CD pipelines, and system scalability enhancements.
- Support compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and adhering to regulatory standards related to IT security.
- Contribute to team leadership by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
