On-site IT Support Technician at the Jacksonville facility providing help desk and technical support for Bridges International and affiliates: installing, repairing and re-imaging networked Windows PCs, resetting passwords, managing user accounts, and maintaining hardware inventory and stock room.

SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to Bridges International and all affiliates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Install, repair, configure, update and/or re-image networked Windows PCs.
- Responsible for all help desk questions and/or inquiries.
- Reset passwords for all supported systems as needed.
- Setup new and/or closeout terminated accounts for all supported systems except the active directory.
- Assist with maintaining inventory and inventory needs.
- Update master system images for respective computer models.
- Maintain inventory and stock room, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Responsible for onsite hardware installations, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to travel when needed.
- Must maintain a valid drivers’ license.
- Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekend shifts.
- Must be able to perform the major functions of the jo with or without accommodations.
- Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy
- Report all Workers Compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor and Human Resources.
- Report all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of immediately to your immediate supervisor and Human Resources.
- Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of the job description are followed and adhered to.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
