IT Support Technician

About the role

At Experis we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join a stable project in Noblejas, working 100% on-site.

What you'll do

• Hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Management and administration of virtual devices.
• Processing requests for new equipment and devices.
• Execution of restarts and operational actions when necessary.
• Coordination of new IT equipment installations.
• IT support for meetings, rooms, and audiovisual equipment.
• Management of equipment renewals and replacements based on lifecycle.
• Coordination with technology providers.
• Installation and configuration of corporate devices and software.
• Technical support in IT projects.
• Resolution of connectivity and communications problems.
• Support and management of printing systems.
• Coordination of repairs and fault management.
• Basic network configuration and connectivity support.
• Collaboration with different IT teams and areas.
• Management and control of technological asset inventory.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in technical user support (on-site or remote).
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in installation and configuration of computer equipment.
• Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
• Organizational skills and technological inventory management.
• Good communication skills and user orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of corporate environments and device management.
• Experience coordinating providers or external services.

Languages

English B2 level

📍 Location: Noblejas (Toledo)

🕒 Full-time schedule during office hours: 08:00/09:00 to 17:00/18:00
