What you'll do

Functions to perform

- Microcomputing support for users

- Management of ticketing tools

- Proficiency in O365 and Active Directory

- Installation, configuration, and administration of systems

What we're looking for

- Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in IT

- 2 years of experience

Nice to have

- Valid Foundation Certificate in IT-Service Management (ITIL)

- Microsoft 365 Certified: fundamentals
