About the Role
As an IT Support Technician Intern, you will work closely with the technical team to support internal systems, connected devices, and user requests across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with Level 1 IT support and troubleshooting
- Creating, managing, and tracking support tickets
- Supporting phone systems and device connectivity
- Configuring devices and checking system setups
- Monitoring connected devices and troubleshooting issues
- Assisting with ordering and checking hardware/devices
- Supporting day-to-day technical operations
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems
- Helping resolve technical requests and support queries
Internship Details
- Location: Sydney, NSW
- Schedule: 3 days per week
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Internship Type: Unpaid Internship

What We're Looking For
- Currently studying or recently completed IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related studies
- Basic understanding of IT support and troubleshooting
