Key Responsibilities (Top 5-6)
- Serves as the first point of contact for Mariani community members seeking technical assistance.
- Performs on premises and remote troubleshooting of support tickets and requests.
- Researches and communicates relevant support and technical information to end-users.
- Maintains accurate ticket documentation to ensure timely resolution and service-level adherence.
- Maintains IT hardware inventory logs and requests equipment purchases as needed.
- Updates and maintains audio visual equipment in conference rooms and presentation spaces.
Position Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications are preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years of experience with customer service and/or technical support
- Technical knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office
