IT Support Technician

Salary: £32,000 - 32,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience building and repairing laptops
• Prior experience across both 1st and 2nd line support
• Any experience with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness and ability to travel across the UK

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line support and assist with second line support through our IT service desk
• Support end users via helpdesk tools and telephone
• Configure and implement hardware and software
• Liaise with third-party software and hardware support companies
• Contribute to the development and documentation of solutions, processes, and procedures
• Build and repair laptops
• Administer our mobile phone suite
