IT Support Trainee (Internship)

Internal Title: IT Support Trainee

Department: IT Infrastructure

As an IT Support Trainee, you can gain hands-on experience in enterprise IT operations, offering exposure to key support functions such as employee onboarding/offboarding, system maintenance, and office IT management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding processes including the setup of user account, outlook, laptop and so on;

• Assist the team with system updates and patching;

• Troubleshoot simple tech issues raised by staff in a timely manner;

• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
  

Requirements:

• Current student at VTC, IVE, or a tertiary institution, preferably IT, or related disciplines.

• Basic concepts and understanding of network and IT Infrastructure;

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills;

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision;

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
