IT Supporting Engineer/Field Support Engineer (Entry role, Up to 20K per month)

Responsibility:

• Provide end-user support and field maintenance work for server, storage, tape library, workstation hardware, telecom, cabling and data centre facilities at data centres and customer offices

• Assist in Install / maintain / troubleshoot servers and network equipment;

• Assist in configure the network equipment such as Switch and Firewall;

• Support infrastructure work such as patching, DR drill, backup recovery;

• Maintain the inventory record on hardware and software.

• Support onsite work in non-office hour shifts if needed (有需要時在辦公時間以外到客戶端外勤支援)

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Computing or above

• At least 1 years' work experience in IT helpdesk/Computer Network Operation

• Willing to learn in a multi-DC strategic enterprise system

• Usually Normal office hour, sometimes On-site, phone support services as required

• Self-motivated, with good sense of responsibility

• Flexible, diligent, positive and enthusiastic

Candidates with more experience may consider as Support Engineer Role.
