IT SW Infra Engineer

1.Support the RD environment in driving AI‑for‑Infra, integrating AI into the Data Transfer Platform for automated monitoring, diagnostics, and operations, thereby enhancing service reliability and operational efficiency.
2.Develop and maintain an AI‑driven cross‑domain data validation service, enabling trustworthy data exchange to support global business growth.
3.Optimize the performance, stability, security, and scalability of existing data‑transfer solutions to meet worldwide data‑transfer demands.

1.Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
2.Proficient in Python, Go, or Shell scripting with solid experience in API integration, Git, and automated software development.
3.Strong foundation in Linux/Windows, networking, monitoring, and high‑availability architectures, coupled with troubleshooting skills.
4.Familiar with Web Service concepts and hands‑on experience with SQL, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8s).
5.Highly interested in AI, Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI Agent applications; practical implementation or integration experience is a plus.
6.Ability to perform structured problem analysis, produce documentation, and communicate across teams; capable of collaborating in English on global projects.
7.Capable of designing and building IT architectures independently, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
8.Excellent coordination and communication skills; enthusiastic about teamwork and interpersonal interaction to ensure successful collaboration within global service‑support teams.
