IT System Administrator - Azure

Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿45,000 per month

The IT System Administrator - Azure role is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will help ensure system stability, security, performance, and business continuity while supporting infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, virtualisation platforms, and cloud services

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure-related issues

• Manage and maintain network environments, including switches, firewalls, and VPN connectivity

• Administer virtualisation platforms, including provisioning, performance optimisation, and capacity planning

• Manage Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services

• Deploy, configure, and maintain Microsoft Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, and identity services

• Support hybrid infrastructure environments integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure

• Monitor system performance, conduct patch management, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure high availability

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technical issues

• Contribute to infrastructure design, security improvements, and IT governance initiatives

• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials

• Develop process automation and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, which would be advantageous

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• 3–5 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or IT Operations roles

• Experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, including:

• Azure Virtual Machines

• Virtual Networking, including VNet and VPN

• Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure AD

• Core cloud infrastructure services

• Hands-on experience with enterprise network administration, including firewalls, switches, and VPN technologies

• Strong experience with VMware environments, including ESXi and vCenter

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server technologies, including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

• Basic Linux administration knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills in English
