Selection criteria

1. Technical skills

Demonstrated understanding of business support, data analysis, and business process modeling.

Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM) or system integration tools is a plus.

2. Soft skills

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong background of Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field, or an Engineering degree from a recognized university.

GPA scale:

4 scale GPA: Minimum 3/4

5 scale GPA: Minimum 4/5

Work experience:

0–3 years of work experience in an IT systems analyst role or a related field.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience or internships at Saudi Aramco or similar innovation-driven or service-based organizations.
