IT System Analyst

Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 10.000.000 per month

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and IT systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments

• Design system solutions that address business needs whilst maintaining technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness

• Create detailed specifications, process flows, and technical documentation for development and implementation teams

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet specified requirements and performance standards

• Provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and new technology implementations

• Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery

• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to optimise functionality and user adoption

• Document lessons learned and best practices to continuously improve analysis and implementation processes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role

• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication

• Demonstrated experience with system design, data modelling, and process improvement methodologies

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and enterprise systems

• Proficiency with analysis tools and software such as Visio, UML, SQL, or similar platforms

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Indonesian

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

• Experience with project management tools and Agile methodologies is desirable

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or business intelligence tools is advantageous
