About the role
Argold Jobs Inc is seeking an IT System Analyst to join our growing technology team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers a strategic opportunity to make a significant impact on our business operations. As an IT System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions, ensuring that our systems align with our organisational objectives and drive operational excellence across the company.
What you'll be doing
Analyse current business processes and system requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Design and document system solutions that address identified business challenges and align with IT strategy
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and performance
Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to ensure successful implementation of system solutions
Test and validate system implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems
Create comprehensive documentation including process flows, system diagrams, and user manuals
Participate in project management activities and contribute to project planning and timelines
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to support continuous improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar business analysis role within the Information and Communication Technology sector
Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements elicitation techniques
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
Experience with system design methodologies and frameworks such as SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or business management software
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Proficiency in creating documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming applications
Relevant qualifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or similar certification are desirable
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous
