About the role
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications and/or tender specifications.
- Conceptualize and recommend technical solutions to support the business requirements.
- Work with Procurement to issue tender, evaluate proposals and award project tender.
- Be the project manager to manage the Project Budget and the Software Development Life Cycle from start to end
- Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile, depending on the project’s needs.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- For Asst Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
- For (Senior) System Analyst: Minimum 1 year of experience in software development
- Strong technical knowledge in Unix/Linux based environment
- Proficiency in programming (Java, JavaScript, Angular, Unix Shell Scripting), relational databases and related SQL scripting (Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
