IT System Analyst & UI/UX Designer
Summary
Hybrid role in South Jakarta split between system analysis and UI/UX design: gathering business requirements, writing BRD/FSD/SRS specs, UML/BPMN and API documentation, then designing web/mobile interfaces, wireframes and prototypes in Figma. Involves SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), REST APIs and banking-related systems like ATM/CRM monitoring.
Salary: Rp 8.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month
SYSTEM ANALYSIS
Business requirement gathering, BRD/FSD/SRS and functional specifications.
UML/BPMN, flowcharts, use cases, API specifications and system integration.
REST APIs, JSON, SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), basic troubleshooting and understanding of web/mobile development.
Familiarity with IM-SOLUTION, ATM/CRM monitoring and banking operational workflows is an advantage.
UI/UX DESIGN
User research, stakeholder interviews, personas and user journey mapping.
Information architecture, task flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability testing.
High-fidelity responsive web/mobile UI design using Figma; auto layout, components and design systems.
Dashboard/data visualization UX, accessibility, responsive design, consistency and developer handoff.
Ability to translate approved requirements into testable UI/UX specifications and annotated designs
