ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบ IT Infrastructure เช่น Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server และระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ดูแลและบริหารระบบ Network เช่น LAN/WAN, VLAN, Routing, Switching, Firewall, VPN และ Internet Connectivity
ดูแลระบบ Security Infrastructure เช่น Firewall, Endpoint Security, Antivirus/EDR, Email Security, DLP และระบบตรวจสอบภัยคุกคาม
ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ Security Log, System Log และ Network Log เพื่อค้นหาความผิดปกติและเหตุการณ์ด้านความปลอดภัย
Monitor ระบบ Server, Network และ Security พร้อมวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิด Incident หรือระบบขัดข้อง
ดูแล User Account, Active Directory, Group Policy และ Access Control ให้เป็นไปตาม Security Policy
ดูแลระบบ Backup และ Disaster Recovery รวมถึงตรวจสอบ Backup และทดสอบการกู้คืนข้อมูลตามแผน
ดูแลและจัดทำ Security Policy, Configuration และมาตรฐานด้าน IT Security ให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายขององค์กร
ประสานงานกับ Vendor และผู้ให้บริการภายนอกในการแก้ไขปัญหาและดูแลระบบ IT/Security
