About the role
PT Sinergi Armada Grup is looking for an IT System & Support professional to manage daily IT operations, monitor vehicle GPS systems, and maintain the company's IT systems and equipment.
Key responsibilities
Monitor vehicle GPS tracking, identify connection issues or unusual movements, and prepare regular monitoring reports.
Maintain and develop the company's internal systems and applications to support daily operations.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, software, internet connections, and network devices.
Manage IT equipment inventory, user accounts, and technical support requests from employees.
Coordinate with System and GPS vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain system performance.
About you
Minimum S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Systems, IT Operations, or a similar role.
Good understanding of hardware, software, networking, and system maintenance.
Experience with GPS tracking systems or monitoring dashboards is an advantage.
Able to prepare reports and analyze GPS monitoring data.
Experience in car rental, fleet management, automotive, or transportation is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with other teams.
