Description
Job Responsibilities :
To understand and analyze the ERP system and business workflow of the company.
Collaborating with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
Liaise and manage project or related system upgrade and new system in machinery with vendor consultants to resolve issues in order to meet project deadlines.
To prepare periodic operation report to management.
Provide ongoing support for the information system hardware, operation system, user account management, internet access, server backup, antivirus, email, firewall, networking, CCTV, Server Room and database to ensure systems are operating efficiently.

Job Specification :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (i.e. Business/Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business).
Minimum 2 years of working experience supporting production application & technology.
Knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Fair knowledge on any of the manufacturing processes, supply chain, inventory management or accounting.
Able to speak and read Mandarin being an advantage as to liaise with China supplier.
