Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Server Management Virtualization: Deploy, configure, and manage hypervisors and virtual machines (VMs). Directory Services: Administer the Active Directory Domain Controller, managing user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies. Storage: Maintain and secure file servers, ensuring proper data access controls and backups. Network, Security Telephony Switching: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network switches to maintain optimal uptime. Firewall Administration: Implement basic rule changes, monitor logs, and maintain network security protocols. VoIP Systems: Manage the corporate VoIP phone system, including extension setups, call routing, and hardware provisioning. Endpoint Management End-User Support Deployment: Create, update, and deploy standardized OS images onto company laptops and desktops. Helpdesk Support: Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical assistance to local and remote end-users. Software Support: Troubleshoot Microsoft applications (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) and other productivity tools.
