$60-$68K, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform upgrades and maintain PC workstations such as desktop laptops, and industrial PCs.
Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and windows servers.

Maintain Active Directory domain for a small business. Duties include managing user accounts, DHCP, and DNS for the local domain.

Manage Office 365 / Entra ID environment. Examples of duties include but are not limited to password resets, helping with Two Factor Authentication, maintaining account security, and running mail traces.

Maintain all IT related services, such as ISP accounts, Company cell phone accounts, Phone and Fax provider, any other third-party vendor’s software or service.

Support and maintain the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning platform.
Support and maintain the company’s Electronic Quality Management System.

Maintain Windows Server backups.

Assist with Audio / Video devices as required, Conferencing hardware and software, and other electronics or computer related resources as needed, assist userbase with software tasks as needed.

Perform and complete other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Must be fluent in English for communicating.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work closely with President and all other management personnel

Physical Requirements:

Office work environment, to include sitting, standing and walking

Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.

Must have full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Technical knowledge of desktops and components, servers, phones, printers and other IT related equipment

Project management principles and methodologies with technical support

Experience with patch management, network monitoring tools, and VPNs are a plus.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.

Experience with the Qualityze EQMS is a plus

Experience with NAS devices, iSCSI and backup best practices is a plus.
