What You'll Do
- Provide technical support for macOS workstations and laptops
- Support Google Workspace (user management, groups, security, email issues)
- Assist with Zoom Workspace administration (licenses, meetings/webinars, troubleshooting)
- Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
- Troubleshoot and maintain network cabling, including patching and port labeling
- Maintain and update IT documentation and asset inventory
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and report issues proactively
- Participate in IT projects and process improvements
