IT Systems Analyst/ Application Systems Analyst/ Technical Analyst

We are looking for a Systems Analyst that will drive business innovation by turning requirements into technology solutions that improve systems, processes, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, data dictionaries, and system designs.

• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders on application enhancements.

• Perform system integration testing and data validation.

• Assist in effort estimation for development projects.

• Support issue resolution and service desk escalations.

• Ensure solutions align with development standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Development.

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall).

• Basic SQL and relational database knowledge.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
