Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year
Requirements:- Ideally 3-5 years of experience within Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis or a similar systems-focused role
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Strong business analysis and process-mapping experience
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience producing user stories and acceptance criteria
- A good understanding of business systems and how technology can improve operational performance
- Experience working with data, reporting or business intelligence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confidence communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- The ability to explain complex technical subjects clearly and practically
- Experience working across multiple projects and priorities
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, logistics or another operational environment would be advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central, SQL, Qlik Sense or Power BI is highly desirable
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
- Analyse existing systems, processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Produce business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps
- Use data and reporting to identify trends, issues and opportunities for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
- Support IT, systems and business-change projects from initial requirements through to implementation
- Work with internal IT teams and external development partners
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution and issue management
- Produce reports, dashboards and business insights
- Support the ongoing development of key business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are supporting a leading UK food manufacturing business with the recruitment of an experienced IT Systems Business Analyst. This is a business-facing IT role within our Group IT function, acting as a key link between operational teams, senior stakeholders, internal IT specialists and external development partners. The role is based on-site in Corby, Northamptonshire, on a permanent full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £55,000 per annum.
