IT Systems Engineer
Summary
Maintains and monitors clients' IT infrastructure, deploys systems, and provides technical support, primarily using Windows Server, networking hardware, and Microsoft cloud tools.

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful IT Support Engineer to join our team.
Job Description:
- Maintain and monitor our clients’ servers, network, security and computer systems to meet the clients’ current and future requirements.
- Monitor client’s systems and identify performance issues proactively.
- Provide IT technical support to existing clients.
- Onsite/remote deployment of new servers, network firewall, user PCs.
- Perform Office365 migration (Mailbox, Sharepoint sites).
Requirements:
- Practical experience with Windows Server OS, network switches, routers, firewalls.
- Hands-on experience on setting up and maintaining server infrastructure.
- Working experience in System Integrator (SI) industry.
- Resourceful, able to work independently, with trouble shooting skill.
- Experience in Cloud deployment (Ms Azure, Ms 365, Ms Intune) is an added advantage.
- Experience in Linux OS is an added advantage
- Documentation post projects execution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
