IT Systems Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 45,000 per year

• Solid experience providing 1st and 2nd line support in a Microsoft environment
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Entra ID
• Understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
• Ability to take ownership of problems and maintain good records
• Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Group Policy or PowerShell would be beneficial
• Security knowledge and relevant certifications are a bonus

• Look after Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory and Entra ID
• Support Windows Server, Azure Local, Veeam and core network services
• Set up laptops and resolve meeting room screen issues
• Respond to security alerts and support Cyber Essentials Plus
• Contribute to projects, including an office redesign and a new ERP system
• Join the IT support rota and assist with occasional out-of-hours tasks
