IT Systems Engineer (ITIL, M365/MS-102)

Our client is a leading provider of maritime energy solutions.

• Oversee the setup, rollout, and upkeep of M365 systems, including Intune and compliance/security features.
• Provide Level 2 troubleshooting and support across a user base exceeding 100 staff.
• Take charge of internal technology initiatives either as a project lead or coordinator.
• Communicate technical concerns in a way that’s clear and actionable to non-technical users.
• Manage and maintain advanced firewall setups and support network-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Certified in ITIL with expertise in Microsoft 365 (MS-102)
• At least 5 years of L2 support within mid-sized/larger companies.
• Proficiency with M365 admin tools and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity essentials and best practices for corporate IT environments.
