IT Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Infrastructure) WFH
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱75,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, technical troubleshooting, networking, and IT automation, and is eager to contribute to improving internal systems while embracing new technologies. In this role, you will provide end-user IT support, manage Microsoft 365 services, maintain endpoint security, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and help streamline IT operations through automation and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
Provide IT helpdesk support by resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user and group management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Power Automate, and Microsoft Purview.
Manage endpoint security, device management, backups, patching, and antivirus solutions.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure-related issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting tools.
Assist in designing, implementing, and improving internal IT systems and processes.
Support ongoing IT projects and adopt new technologies as business needs evolve.
Maintain clear documentation of IT processes, configurations, and support activities.
About you
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Engineering, Systems Administration, or a similar technical support role.
Proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for IT administration.
Knowledge of endpoint management, security, patch management, and backup solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
