IT Systems Executive (Changi/12hrs shifter/ NITEC/DIP)
Summary
Provide 12-hour rotating shift IT support for airport systems, handling troubleshooting, mailbox migrations, and infrastructure monitoring for Singaporean candidates with IT qualifications or 2-3 years of experience.
Immediate 1 Year project assignment renewable for Singaporeans to join as IT Systems Executive X 3 at Changi Airport work location for our project expansion.
Open to Diploma in IT graduates without work experience who are willing to learn on job + like to work 12hrs rotating shift in Airport environment.
Ideal Candidate should possess 2-3yrs in IT systems support role, enjoys working on 12hours rotating shift Trained or certified in Windows Server, UNIX/LINUX, VM and ITIL to apply this role.
Remuneration : Attractive Basic Salary + Shift Allowance (Ave 200-300 a month) + PH Pay + OT Pay + Completion Bonus + Monthly HP Claim 50 cap (Under Agency's Payroll)
Overview of job Function:
You are responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.
Job Responsibilities
Production Support
- Provide technical support to customer
- Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
- Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
- Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
- Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchange for customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
- Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
- Provide operational support to system infrastructures
Job Requirements:
Min Nitec /Diploma in IT Qualifications + 2 -3 yrs of IT Systems support work experience
Open to Local Diploma in IT graduate without work experience but positive & willing to learn.
Enjoy working on 12hrs rotating shift duties
Motivated individual with challenger spirit and leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.
Exceptional troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous.
Proactive and responsive on all assigned tasks and incidents and follow up
Able to work on ladder & carry non-commercial TVs (for mounting & unmounting)
