The Role

Tungsten Mining is seeking an experienced and hands-on IT Systems Manager to lead and evolve our technology function during a period of significant growth and transformation.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Company's IT environment, ensuring secure, reliable and scalable technology solutions that support both corporate operations and future mining activities. This role offers the opportunity to shape IT strategy, drive improvements, strengthen cyber security capability, and establish the foundations required to support a growing operational business.

• Lead Tungsten Mining’s IT strategy, governance and budget

• Manage and continuously improve enterprise technology environments

• Drive cyber security, business continuity and technology resilience initiatives

• Oversee the delivery of technology projects and IT vendor partnerships

• Act as a trusted technology partner to the business

About You

You are a commercially minded technology leader with experience managing enterprise IT environments within mining, resources, industrial, infrastructure or similarly complex operational settings.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in an IT Manager, Systems Infrastructure Manager or Technology Leadership role

• Strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure (SAP S/4HANA experience, highly regarded)

• Proven experience implementing and managing cyber security frameworks, governance processes, compliance and risk management controls

• Strong capability in leading technology projects, system implementations, , whilst managing vendor relationships and service providers

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• A practical, solutions-focused leader who can balance strategic planning with hands-on operational support and problem-solving.
