Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure the stability, security, and smooth operation of core business systems.

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including system updates, performance monitoring, and routine health checks.

• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other domain services.

• Manage Microsoft 365 platforms, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and user accounts.

• Handle user account creation, access permissions, and identity management across various IT systems.

• Monitor system performance and availability, investigate technical issues, and provide timely troubleshooting support.

• Implement and maintain IT security measures, including Microsoft 365 security controls and identity protection.

• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and other IT improvement projects.

• Support Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and cloud-based identity integration.

• Manage DNS, domains, website hosting environments, and hybrid IT infrastructure when required.

Job Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.

• Solid knowledge and experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Linux server administration, and hybrid cloud environments will be an advantage.
