Role Overview
We are looking for skilled, enthusiastic and diligent early-career talent with sufficient spoken English to communicate with global teams. The successful candidate will be trained in IT systems and network administration, helping to ensure the stability, security and performance of our IT infrastructure. You will learn to support 24/7 operations across our network environment and production-critical systems, assisting both internal users and external clients.
The role includes hands-on administration of servers, network devices, monitoring systems and specialised business applications. All changes—including updates, patches and migrations—must align with global IT policies, requiring close collaboration with international teams and a strong team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls.
- Administer Linux-based servers and help ensure system availability and performance.
- Support and maintain production-critical business applications and systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise network and server performance to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Expand and maintain the IT knowledge base with detailed technical documentation.
- Provide responsive support to internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams and work in line with corporate IT policies and culture.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Background
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
- Relevant courses or certifications, such as CCNA or Linux+, are advantageous.
Technical Expertise
- A sound understanding of network fundamentals.
- Ability to explain the differences between switches, routers and firewalls.
- Ability to install a Linux distribution.
- Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
- Basic understanding of virtualisation.
Soft Skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in mission-critical environments.
- A collaborative approach, with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English for working effectively with global teams.
- Ability to write clear technical guides in English.
