Your new role

As an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users across the business, providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software and business applications. While user support will form a core part of the role, you will also gain exposure to ERP systems, reporting and broader business processes, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand beyond a traditional support position.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing Level 1/2 support across hardware, software and business applications.

• Supporting Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Managing user onboarding, offboarding and device provisioning.
• Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Assisting with ERP and business system support.
• Supporting internal stakeholders with system-related issues and process improvements.
• Contributing to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exposure to Active Directory and user administration.
• Experience or exposure to working with an ERP system.
• Basic SQL knowledge or exposure to databases and reporting.
• Completed tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Ability to work full-time on-site near Alexandria.

The organisation is open to candidates at different stages of their career, whether you are an early-career IT professional with commercial experience or an experienced support analyst looking to broaden your technical exposure. However, applicants must have completed their studies as this is a full-time on-site role.
