IT Systems Support Technician – Industrial Operations

Your Mission

As part of the onsite IT Operations team, you will act as a key technical point of contact for plant users and local infrastructure operations, ensuring the reliability and continuity of IT services in a highly critical industrial environment.

You will provide Level 2 technical support, basic systems administration and endpoint management while collaborating with infrastructure, network and operational teams to resolve incidents efficiently and maintain operational stability.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support to plant and operational users.

• Support Windows client and server environments.

• Manage users, permissions and groups within Active Directory.

• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams and OneDrive.

• Manage endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune.

• Troubleshoot local infrastructure, workstations and connectivity issues.

• Perform basic switch replacement and network troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required.

• Support industrial operations where IT availability is business-critical.

• Ensure service continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Schedule

This position operates under a rotating shift model:

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Shift 2: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Additional details:

• On-call availability required up to 2 weeks per month.

• Full onsite role in Olathe, Kansas.
