About the role We are looking for a curious, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our European Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe, you will gain hands-on experience in recruiting technology talent across multiple countries and business areas. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how world-class organizations attract and hire professionals in Software Engineering, Data & AI, Project, Product Management, and other technology domains. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers while developing valuable skills in sourcing, candidate engagement, recruitment operations, and employer branding. What You Will Learn and Contribute To Support sourcing activities Learn how to identify and engage talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Infojobs, referrals, university networks, etc. Help build candidate pipelines for open positions across different European markets. Candidate experience Support interview coordination and candidate communications. Ensure candidates receive a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. Recruitment operations Gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (Workday). Support the preparation of hiring updates and recruitment dashboards. Cross-functional collaboration Work alongside recruiters, HR partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders across Europe. Gain exposure to a global and multicultural work environment. What We Are Looking For Required Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, or Technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken). Nice to Have Experience participating in student organizations, volunteering activities, events, or projects. Familiarity with LinkedIn or social media platforms used for professional networking. What You’ll Gain Curricular or extracurricular internship with a planned duration until May/June 2027. Following successful completion of the internship, there will be the opportunity to continue with the team through a temporary contract covering a maternity leave until August 2027. Preferred start date: October 2026. Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home Training and mentoring from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.
