The company develops a large-scale SaaS platform supporting the entire insurance broking lifecycle, including insurer connectivity, comparison systems, policy management and digital process automation.
About the role
We are looking for a German-speaking IT Team Lead/Coordinator to join a client-focused team working with enterprise customers in the German insurance market.
Your responsibilities
Coordinate and support a small team of 5 Business Analysts / Technical Business Analysts
Work directly with German-speaking enterprise clients
Understand and analyse client business processes and requirements
Translate business needs into practical system and software solutions
Coordinate closely with development and internal specialist teams
Conduct regular client meetings, workshops and solution discussions
Support either long-term Key Account relationships or new client implementations
Coordinate software implementation, configuration and further development
Support quality assurance and ensure new features meet client requirements
Identify priorities, risks and blockers and support smooth project delivery
Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new Business Analysts
Support resource allocation and basic commercial/billing coordination within the team

Who we’re looking for
Several years of experience in an IT/software environment, for example as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Consultant, Implementation Consultant, IT Consultant or similar
Experience coordinating, mentoring or supporting other team members
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system or process solutions
Good understanding of software systems and data
Knowledge of SQL / databases
Experience with system integrations, interfaces or APIs is an advantage
Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, insurance, finance or consulting is a strong advantage
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Independent, proactive and hands-on working style
Fluent German (minimum B2+/C1)
Good English communication skills
