About The Role
We are hiring an IT Team Lead (TL) to oversee daily IT operations, manage technical support workflows, and lead a high-performing team. You will be responsible for system uptime, technical project execution, and team mentorship. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous service improvement.
Core Duties & Requirements of The TL
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of desktop support technicians
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, updates, and goals
- Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- To step in & support IT operations with/in the absence of the engineers, whenever required
Role Qualifications
- Looking for immediately available candidates
- Minimum Diploma holders
- Candidates with short-term team lead experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided so long as you have the right attitude & willingness to learn
- Preferably with MS Power BI skills & experience
