IT Tech Support Staff
Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱17,000 per month

Role
Provide timely and competent technical support to users ranging from cellphones, desktop, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot problems, find the root cause, and come up with a viable solution.
Use IT tools and systems to monitor and report/resolve problems that arise.
Take on multiple tasks, adhere to project management techniques, and complete or exceed deadlines.
Document inventory and asset assignment, canvass with vendors, and understand user requirements.
Set up computers and cellphones, configure operating systems, and install software.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge in computer hardware, operating systems (OS, Linux), IT peripherals and devices, and productivity software; able to troubleshoot issues.
Coding experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred
Understanding of networking technology and network devices (e.g., switches, AP, VPN, firewall, VLAN, TCP/IP, etc.); basic setup and configuration.
Knowledge about cloud and virtualization and its use; understanding of network security is a plus.
Must have an eye for detail, organized, go-getter, and has initiative; neat, well-groomed, and amicable.
Able to work with minimal supervision and be able to handle pressure; love to learn and try new things.
